CEIA Ultrasonic Cleaners incorporate vibrating transducers, which are more than 90 % efficient and are equipped with silicon static generators. The main structure of the of the unit and the tanks are entirely from inox stainless steel; the units contain a drainage valve, a timer switch to control washing time, resistances and a thermostat control, an automatic safety switch and a washing power regulator. All are equipped with a self-diagnostics to prevent damage if conditions are not correct for operation. The parts used inside are modular and are easily replaceable and do not require calibration. The high efficiency of the generator and the absence of moving mechanical parts guarantee the machine an extremely long life. Conforms to the International standards currently applicable for electricity safety and E.M.C. Level control of sound emission according to IEC 651 degree 1.
