New ergonomically designed machine. Compact, heavy duty machine complete with castor system to facilitate easy movement. For saw blades from 5” (125mm) to 30” (760mm), optional small saw attachment available. Indexing from 5/16” (8mm) to 5” (125mm). Shear facing from –30º to +30º. 8” (200mm) diamond wheel capable of grinding up to 30º hook angle. One HP grinding motor with flat belt system for minimal vibration. Ability to change wheel direction for shear face grinding. Double bar saw slide system. Grinds up to 20 teeth per minute. Full high pressure, high volume flood coolant system. Capable of grinding with oil or water soluble coolants. Saw blade is held with 2” (50mm) electromagnet. LED machine lamp.

Optional machine enclosure and hollow grinding attachment available.
